How to Rent with us

Q. How do I view rental(s) availability?

A. Pick your event dates above 👆 to reveal availability.

You can also pick your event dates on our other pages with the date picker.


Q. Do you require a deposit to reserve a booking?

A. Yes, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit.

You will receive an email confirmation after payment has been made that will confirm your reservation(s).


Q. Should I pick 1 or 2 day rental?

A. All of our rentals are for a 24 hour period. If you need us to pick up the rental(s) the day following the event, pick the 2 day rental.


Q. What does it mean when it says price is for 1 setup / location only?

A. That means the price you pay is for our movers and/or florist to set this item up one time, at one location. Additional fees will apply if the desired rental item is to be moved from the ceremony to the reception, or anywhere else.


Q. What are the fees for after hours pickups?

A. Any pickup after 9:30 PM is considered after hours.

A $50 fee will apply, then for every hour after 9:30 PM an additional $50 fee will apply.

However, we will work with your venue for next day pickups so avoid these fees when possible. This will depend on the venue allowing us to collect the next day, if the arch is needed the next morning, and if we can fit it into our schedule the next day.


We also try to work directly with your venue so you don’t have to be the go-between for set up, delivery, storage, and pickup. Therefore, we ask for the name, address, and phone number of your venue.


Q. What if I want to see an Altar/Arch/ or Backdrop in person first?

A. We will gladly meet with you by appointment only – (we have to collect the
arch/flower wall from our warehouse and set it up for viewing.
Rental Period – is considered 12 hour period – (Delivered in the Morning – Picked up the same Day) or if prior arrangements have been made via Rustic Décor – there will be no fee for next day pick up.
